Karnataka High Court Appoints a Special Public Prosecutor “Sri Kiran S. Javali”, State Public Prosecutor-1 to appear before the Honerable XXXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Court and CBI Cases(Special),Bengaluru on behalf of the State of Karnataka with reference to disposal of properties seized in special C.C.No. 208/2004(in the case of Kum.Jayalalitha and others).
Karnataka Government asks T. Narasimha murthy , Representation to chief justice of india, Supreme court, chief Justice of Karnataka, High Court and Principal City Civil Judge, Bengaluru to submit the details of special public procecutor for the purpose of disposal of the documents and huge properties worth crores of rupees. because it was a long pending matter with regard to disposal of documents and the properties causing unnecessary delay due to non availability of Special Public Procecutor.
this was taken into consideration after the approach of request from sri.Shivram. K XXXIII Addl city civil and sessions judge and special judge for C.B.I cases and Registar Genaral, High Court of Karnataka and H.A. Mohan XXXIII Addl city civil and sessions judge and special judge for C.B.I cases ,Registar Genaral, High Court of Karnataka and some others due to these peoples effect finally the karnataka highcourt appoints a Special Public Prosecutor “Sri Kiran S. Javali”, State Public Prosecutor-1 for this case.
