Arvind kejriwal to be arrested too? Delhi CM summoned by CBI.

Delhi (Ap. 15) :The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning in the liquor police case on April 16.

On the other hand, Goa Police has also issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked him to appear on April 27. This is in connection with a case related to defacement of property.

Pernem police inspector Dilipkumar Halarnkar has issued notice to Kejriwal under section 41 (A) of CrPC.
Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) party will be addressing a press conference today at 6:00 in the evening.

It is alleged that a bureaucrat of the Excise Department, during interrogation in the scam, has given a statement to the CBI that Sisodia had called him to Kejriwal’s house. Satyendar Jain was also there at the same time.

As per the statement of the bureaucrat, Sisodia verbally asked him to prepare a draft to increase the commission for liquor traders. It is being claimed that Sameer Mahendru had told the investigating agency that Kejriwal made a video call on Face Time from Vijay Nair’s phone and told him that Vijay Nair is his child. He trusts them. Mahendru claims that crores of rupees were given in this case on the orders of Kejriwal. Which was spent in the Goa elections.

This is the first time that the agency has summoned the chief minister in the case, though the BJP has been claiming that Kejriwal was the mastermind behind the alleged scam.

The party alleged that the Central government is exerting pressure on the AAP after it got the status of a national party.
